Geoffrey Lambert (1985, Brussels)
is a self-taught designer/maker/artist who dedicates a broad knowledge of materials and techniques to an intrinsic aesthetic. His field of work covers a broad range. He creates furniture and sculptures or in-situ installations. He is passionate about scenography and exhibition design.

In his objects, function does not always disappear, but is no longer the object’s raison d’être. Geoffrey reflects on the value of presence of a piece of furniture or object in a space, the dialogue with its occupant and architecture.

By exploring the process of burning, the maker searches for the soul of the specific wood he holds in hand.
Geoffrey researched this technique for years and continued to refine it. The many varieties of black and the different textures continue to fascinate him. The burning abstracts the wood until only the essence remains, that which comes alive in the imagination. The creative process as a slow attempt to capture what is elusive.

On the basis of his own practice, Geoffrey founded IMAGINAIR together with Katrien, in which the duo brings to life the different media they work with in a multi-disciplinary world.

Katrien Vanderbiest

Brussels, Belgium

Katrien Vanderbiest (Brussels – BE) is a multidisciplinary artist, creative maker and director. She is at home in dance and word, in image and scenography. For ten years she worked with young dancers on creating and choreographing contemporary dance – and theatre performances.

Katrien is passionate about bringing creatives together, looking for innovative ideas, researching projects and exploring the art and creative world in which she works and lives.

She holds a master’s degree in dramatic arts and studied photography at LUCA School of Arts Brussels. As an independent student, she followed a programme in Theatre Sciences at the University of Antwerp.

Together with Geoffrey, Katrien forms the basis of IMAGINAIR. As an artistic duo, the interaction between the different media they work with inspires them.

Ruben Boeren

Antwerp, BE

Ruben Boeren (1988, Antwerp) explores in his work the theatrical image and how to translate it in a contemporary and personal way.

This often results in an alienation of the underlying composition and a symbiosis of figuration and abstraction.

‘This merging of abstract and figurative morphology creates room for interpretation. This allows me to develop my own symbolism. It is interesting to see how people really develop a personal relationship with my works.‘ – Ruben Boeren

Above all, the artist celebrates the joy of painting and his ambition is to transmit that spark to the viewer.

Ruben Boeren studied painting at the Academy of Antwerp, followed by a postgraduate degree in visual research at Sint-Lucas Antwerp.

CHATEAU RESORT – Antoine Guitou

Brussels, Belgium

Antoine Guitou, textile designer and fiber artist, is a creator with multiple influences, coming from an art history education at École du Louvre, with a major in fashion & costume also in Far East art. After interning at musée d’Orsay and at Balenciaga, he joins fashion design studies at La Cambre and collaborates on the Lacoste catwalk line. Faced with the lack of environment ethics in fashion industry, his career takes a turn when he dives in event production, taking part in artistic projects revolving around the queer scene. He then heads towards the world of craft and furniture, working for traditional upholsters, where he does furniture sewing. This experience allows him to reconnect with ancient techniques, a know how that will significantly influence his creative practice and lead to the creation of his own label in 2021: Chateau Resort.

Monica Piloni

Brussels, Belgium

Monica Piloni, born in Curitiba, Brazil in 1978, lives and works in Brussels, Belgium.
She graduated from the Sculpture Course at the School of Music and Fine Arts of Paraná (EMBAP) in 2002. Among her solo shows in Brazil, stand out “Dissident Symmetries”, Sorocaba Contemporary Art Museum (2022), “Humans, All Too Human” (2022) and “Cyclo” (2019), both in Zipper Gallery, São Paulo and “Both Odd”, Laura Marsiaj Gallery, Rio de Janeiro (2013). Furthermore, the artist participated in group exhibitions in major institutions in Brazil and abroad.

Observing her work as a whole, Piloni’s fascination with the representation of the female figure becomes clear. What originally started from the self-portrait became, over time, a symbolic portrait of all women. Art as a collective narrative, according to Piloni also an impulse for social change.

Construction and mirroring are recurring elements in Piloni’s work. In this way, the artist deforms the body to expand the perception of what the physical figure can be, making it as attractive as it is repulsive. The artist’s creatures, which although always composed of parts of the human body, also refer to mythological figures or demons, come to life in different media. The main medium in which her ‘beings’ exist is sculpture, but Piloni also manipulates them physically, virtually, through photography, animated, mounted on a pedestal or as part of an installation, all while exploring different materials such as bronze, marble, ceramic, fiberglass and plastic.

Tine Loncin

Brussels, Belgium

T_NE LONC_N is a Belgian designer from Brussels with an exploratory and conceptual approach to design.
Her starting point is never the form itself, but rather the context, use, and material that shape the direction of the work.

In her practice, she challenges techniques and materials in close collaboration with craftsmen. Her approach is consistent and meticulous: through simple structures and clear, legible forms, she creates objects with substance. A clear and authentic concept runs as a guiding thread through each design. Form never arises by chance, but always from a deliberate and precise intention.

This is how objects gain meaning through their simplicity and subtle expression.

ECHOES

Ghent - Sint-Niklaas, Belgium

ECHOES was born out of friendship and a shared passion for design. In 2023, designer Olivier Daelman and furniture maker Toon Van der Gucht – STOONIE joined forces to establish a collaboration dedicated to creating furniture and objects in Sint-Niklaas en Ghent (Belgium).

Their work is deeply rooted in the rich heritage of design and architectural history, while consciously exploring connections across disciplines.

Guided by the belief that “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together”, ECHOES embraces collaboration as a core principle. The duo works not only on its own designs but also engages local makers and experts, fostering creative exchange as the foundation of its practice.

The first prototypes were launched in late 2024 and the debut collection has been available since early 2025.

Olivier studied interior design at Sint-Lucas and previously co-founded MAN architecten, DON and ROSSO.
In 2019, Toon established his own studio specializing in bespoke furniture.
Together, they bring their fascination for spatial design, furniture, and architecture to life through ECHOES.

Onas Uytdewilligen

Antwerp, Belgium

Onas approaches design as a journey, a meticulous process where craftsmanship and materiality are paramount. His work with steel, characterized by an honest and meticulous handling of materials, reflects a deep understanding of and respect for the natural world. By blending traditional techniques with contemporary experimentation, Onas creates pieces that honor the integrity of their materials, inviting viewers to appreciate the beauty inherent in their raw, unrefined states.

Krista Autio

Brussels, Belgium - Finland

Krista Autio:
‘I’m a Finnish artist and have lived, completed my studies and worked outside my home country since I graduated from Vapaa Taidekoulu (Free Art School) in Helsinki. My work is thus influenced by the everyday life, habits, daily rhythms and art from the countries where I have lived i.e. France, Spain and Belgium. At the same time, I stayed true to my own way of painting, my own instinct and my own inner need , often emotional – perhaps linked to my Finnish culture – to look for something simple and essential.

I work mainly with oil colours and large surfaces and paint layer after layer with a small palette knife, a spatula. I have had exhibitions in Finland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain and the US. In 2016 I founded K41, an artist-run project space located in Brussels. I curate exhibitions mostly from Nordic contemporary artists living in Benelux countries. ‘

Bas Pattyn

Brussels, Belgium

Bas Pattyn (1982, Belgium) is a minimalist artist and designer.

He creates art and designs objects based on formal simplicity. Bas Pattyn’s binary thinking is reflected in his creations. The apparent simplicity of his works serves as a means to translate the complexities of the world into simple and straightforward forms. With few lines, he crafts stories which are nevertheless layered. Educated in graphic design and furniture design, Bas is in pursuit of establishing his place in the world.
